Rawalpindi Women University E‑Tender Notice for Chemistry Lab, Library and Car Park Works

Rawalpindi Women University invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for three civil works. Eligible contractors must be registered with Federal/Provincial tax authorities and registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System. Contractors should be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C‑6 and above) with code of specialization CE‑10.

Bidding documents and submission are through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Campus Construction Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual/telephonic/conditional bids will not be entertained. Scanned copies of CNIC, PEC registration, and proof of income/taxes must be attached as required by the procurement rules.
