University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Office of the Executive Engineer, Engineering Construction Department - Projects) invites e-Tenders / Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from consulting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and included in the Prequalified List of the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab. The RFPs are for consultancy services (design and resident supervision) for civil works relating to establishment of R&D / Outreach Centres at Narowal under development projects implemented through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Selection will be made under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
- Procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure.
- Firms must submit Financial Proposals in accordance with the scope of services and deliverables and be prepared to submit required Terms of Reference (TORs).
- A CDR / bid security equal to 2% of the estimated consultancy cost must be submitted along with the proposal in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer (ECDP), UAF.
- All proposals/bids will be opened on the due date at 11:30 AM. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules.
- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the UAF website (free of cost). Bidding and submission are through the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA) system; bidders must follow e-procurement submission requirements.
