RFP: Consultancy for Validation, Design Support & Construction Supervision — Shehzanki Dam Project

Issuer: Project Director, Shehzanki & Tapok Dam Project (Government of Balochistan). Solicitor: Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) notice for selection of a consultancy firm or joint venture for validation, design support and construction supervision services for the Shehzanki Dam Project.

Key requirements: Firms must be registered with FBR (Income Tax) and BRA and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); must be registered with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm; must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency/authority. Proposals shall be submitted electronically only via the EPPS/Balochistan procurement portal. Financial proposals will be considered and evaluated as per the procedure stated in the RFP.

Eligibility & qualification: Assignments of similar nature and complexity; minimum turnover requirement (as stated) for prior years; firm must provide PEC/PC/RA registration and NTN/ATL documentation. Bidding will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules. The procuring agency may reject any or all proposals as per rules; conditional/late/provisional bids will be not accepted.
