Issuer: Higher Education Commission (HEC), Sector H-9, Islamabad. HEC invites bids from eligible Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solutions Partners (LSPs) for provision of Microsoft Office 365 licenses under Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES), plus operations support, tenant-to-tenant migration services, and capacity building under the Education Transformation Agreement (ETA). The project covers management of HEC's centralized Microsoft 365 tenants (hosting 200+ institutions), strategic separation and migration of universities into independent tenants, and related training activities.
