Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites e-bids via PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal for procurement of goods and consultancy services as detailed below.

Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS and participate electronically. E-bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, submission method, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening of bids and evaluation criteria, can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) and ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk). Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-09-29 at 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the Committee Room, ISMO Building, Sector H/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
