HESCO Tender Notice GSC-08/2026-27 — Single-Stage One-Envelope Bids (Hyderabad)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure through PPRA e-Procurement (EPADS 2.0) for the works listed in Tender No. GSC-08/2026-27. Bidders must be active taxpayers (FBR) and registered with Sindh Revenue Board where applicable. Bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Manual bids will not be accepted; bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0.
