The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites bids from eligible Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solutions Partners (LSPs) for supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses under the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES), plus operations support, migration services and capacity building under the Education Transformation Agreement (ETA). The selected bidder will manage HEC's centralized Microsoft 365 tenants, provision EES licenses, manage the central tenant and infrastructure, execute tenant-to-tenant migrations on demand, and deliver ETA training activities.
