Issuer: Municipal Committee Dina (By order of the Chief Officer). Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS).
Purpose: E-tenders are invited from contractors/firms registered with PPRA and registered with FBR/PRAs for the listed street, drain, sewerage and allied civil works in Dina. All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Guidance is available on the Punjab procurement YouTube channel. Bid security 5% as specified in the bidding documents must be uploaded on e-PADS; the original CDR must be submitted to the office of Municipal Committee Dina by the bid submission deadline.
Important instructions:
- Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-Procurement portal.
- Bids must follow instructions in the respective bidding documents and be submitted via e-PADS by the stated deadline. Late or non-conforming bids will be rejected.
- Bid opening will be through e-PADS at the announced time on the same day; bidders’ representatives may attend.
- Uploading on e-PADS is the responsibility of bidders; MC Dina will not be responsible for portal delays.
- Non-responsive bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per rules.
Submission & opening schedule (portal): Submit by 10:00 AM and bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the published closing date. Original CDR must reach the Municipal Committee Dina office by 10:00 AM on the closing date.
