Invitation to Bid: Dietary Items Framework Contract FY 2026-27 — Daanish School Mankera

Issuer: Daanish School Boys & Girls Mankera. Invitation for sealed bids for procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for financial year 2026-27 from experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax (if required) and Income Tax Departments, under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Submission method: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Intending bidders shall submit profiles, technical and financial bids online through the Punjab e-procurement portal. Participation through the Punjab e-procurement portal is compulsory. Bid security (1% of estimated cost) must be furnished in the form of CDR/DD/PO as stated below.

Pre-bid meeting: Thursday, 10th September 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Daanish School Boys & Girls Mankera.

Bid submission deadline and opening:

Last date for bid submission: 15th September 2026 at 10:00 AM (Tuesday). Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM on the Punjab e-procurement portal.
