National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for multiple Resident Engineer positions to manage and oversee construction, maintenance and project execution for the Bank’s branches and facilities. Candidates must meet the specified educational and professional requirements, possess relevant project experience, and be prepared to supervise contractors, prepare estimates and reports, and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

| Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I) | B.E. / B.Sc. in Civil or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred. | Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in a bank or financial institution preferred. | Preparation of civil estimates and layout plans; supervise civil works for branches and HO buildings; coordinate with project consultants; prepare documents per Bank policy and PPRA; site supervision and O&M oversight; ensure safety and quality during construction/renovation. |
| Resident Engineer – Electrical (OG-I) | B.E. / B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics / Alternate Energy or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred. | Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in a bank or financial institution preferred. | Electrical project planning and execution; oversee generators, UPS, DBs, MEP systems and related installations; prepare estimates and tender documents; coordinate with contractors and consultants; site supervision and maintenance planning; ensure compliance with Bank standards. |
Application & Selection: Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or interview. Candidates should apply online within 10 working days from the date of publication of the advertisement. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews. Employment is on a contractual basis for three years with possible renewal as per Bank policy.
