| Unit Head - Fraud Reporting & Whistle Blowing (AVP / VP) | Wing Head - Whistle Blowing, Fraud Reporting & LEA Coordination | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college. Candidates having Master's degree and/or any other relevant professional certification will be preferred. | Minimum 05 years of banking experience in compliance, fraud investigation, or related areas; experience in handling whistleblowing and fraud reporting is required. | Manage fraud reporting and whistleblowing functions: oversee receipt and assessment of whistleblower complaints, conduct/instruct investigations, liaise with relevant departments and law enforcement agencies, maintain MIS and case files, prepare and submit reports (including SBP reporting where required), ensure timely action and follow-up, and support policy and process improvements. |
