Government of Pakistan – Project Implementation Unit, Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms to provide “Digital & Social Media Solutions” to drive public awareness and ensure nationwide compliance for the Power Subsidy Reform – National CNIC-to-Meter Linkage Campaign.

| Key Eligibility / Minimum Requirements | Qualified firms must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications. Readable highlights include: minimum five (5) years’ continuous documented experience; experience in similar assignments/consultancies; availability of appropriate staff; demonstrated capacity for social advertising and digital communications across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn); experience delivering large-scale paid digital campaigns (minimum two) including at least one nationwide assignment. Weightage will be given to campaigns targeting low-income or underserved populations. |
