Issuer: Executive Engineer (Roads), C&W PP&H Department, District Mastung. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Works invited (year 2026, percentage rates based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026):

Eligibility and requirements (as stated): presence in Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidder must have completed one assignment of similar nature. Turnover requirements: at least PKR 18,804,930 for work no.1 and PKR 13,928,111 for work no.2 in three consecutive previous years. Audit reports for the last three financial years from ICAP-registered audit firms are required.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Tender documents: obtainable from the office of the undersigned for PKR 1,000 per scheme.
