Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Directorate of Electronic Media & Publications (DEMP). Purpose: Request for proposals from national reputable television channels, production houses and drama producers for development and production of a historical television drama series based on the lives, legacy and political struggle of Muhammad Ali Jinnah (Quaid‑e‑Azam) and Allama Muhammad Iqbal (Allama Iqbal) to mark their 150th birth anniversaries. The proposed drama series is envisioned as a multi‑season historical biographical project; proposals should cover development and production for the first season only.
Eligibility: National reputable television channels, production houses and drama producers with proven production and distribution capability. Applications will be accepted only through the ePADS portal.

| Legal & financial | Detailed budget and cost estimates, risk mitigation plan, declaration of originality and ownership of script/screenplay, valid company/registration/tax documents (SECP/NTN/GST as applicable), authorized representative identification and producer/company profile. |
Selection & other notes: Final decision rests with the National Committee for the 150th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal and Quaid‑e‑Azam. The government reserves the right to cancel the RFP at its discretion. Only proposals submitted via ePADS will be considered.
