Military Engineer Services (CMES-A GHQ Rawalpindi) Tender Notice for Miscellaneous Repair, Maintenance & Renovation Works

Office of the Chief Military Engineer Services (Army), GHQ Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1)(2) of 2004 for multiple miscellaneous repair, maintenance and renovation works. Interested contractors shall submit applications with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents and comply with requirements listed below.

Submission & opening: Tender documents will be issued after scrutiny of credentials. Tenders must be received by the accepting officer in CMES (A) GHQ Rawalpindi by 2026-10-08 up to 11:30 hrs. Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-08 at 12:00 hrs.

Key eligibility & conditions:

• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Departments and that no special report of D&AE (E-in-Cs or GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• All contractors must be registered/enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply and will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.
• Contractors on approved MES lists in categories 'B', 'C' and 'D' with prior relevant experience may apply. Contractors not on the approved MES list may apply with attested evidence of previous experience giving details of works executed during the last two years and works in hand.
• Tenders will be scrutinized and only those fulfilling special conditions required for the job and area will be allowed to participate. Security/earnest money will be required as per tender documents.
• The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be returned as per PPRA rules.
