Tender: Repair & Conversion of VTC Building into Academic Block — SBBUVAS Sakrand (Tender SBBUVAS/NIT/DW/1/2026)

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (SBBUVAS), Sakrand, invites electronic bids through the SPPRA e-PADS portal for the repair and renovation works for its Larkana Campus at Naudero. Manual bids will not be accepted. Eligible contractors must meet tax and registration requirements and comply with bidding terms specified below.

Key eligibility & conditions: Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (valid NTN); valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27 in the relevant category/discipline (civil works); registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for works and services; bidder must meet all technical, financial and other eligibility criteria in the bidding documents; bidder must confirm not blacklisted by any government/autonomous/semi-government organization or procuring agency.

Submission & payment instructions: Tender documents are available and must be downloaded via the SPPRA e-PADS portal (portal link as provided by SBBUVAS). The non-refundable tender fee (PKR 3,000) and bid security (5% of total quoted amount) must be submitted by Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Sakrand. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-PADS system in the prescribed format within the stipulated date and time.

Procurement procedure & validity: Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended). Bids that are conditional, incomplete, unsigned, late, or not accompanied by the prescribed bid security shall be rejected. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
