Issuer: Senior Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development, Sibi. Electronic percentage-rate tenders are invited for installation of home solar systems under PSDP Programme 2026-27. Tender fee: Rs. 2,000. Bid security: 2% of each work.

Eligibility and requirements: Valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and discipline; completion of similar assignments (three assignments of similar nature within the last three years) with completion certificates; audited reports for three years; CNIC and NTN registration; registration with FBR; authorized representative or principal to attend, with authority letter where applicable. Bidders must provide a signed declaration on stamp paper and submit original documents when required.

Procurement method: Single-stage, single-envelope in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amendments to date). Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form specified (e.g., CDR) in favor of the Senior Assistant Director Local Government Sibi.
