MoITT RFQ: Procurement of End-User Computing Hardware, Software & Office Printing Equipment (DEEP)

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT) – Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP). World Bank financed. RFQ / STEP Reference: PK-MOITT-565839-GO-RFQ. Loan/Credit No.: 7514-PK.

Purpose: Request for Quotation (Single-Stage One-Envelope) for procurement of end-user computing hardware, related software and peripherals, and office printing/scanning equipment under the Digital Economy Enhancement Project.

Submission & eligibility: Interested eligible suppliers are invited to submit priced quotations for one or more Lots. Quotations must be submitted in the format specified in the RFQ, accompanied by adequate technical documentation, catalogues and any other requested evidence of eligibility and qualification of the supplier and offered goods. Evaluation will be on the basis of lowest evaluated total cost for each Lot. The RFQ is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Submission address & deadline: Submit sealed quotations to the Senior Procurement Specialist, Procurement and Contract Management Cell, Project Management Unit (PMU), Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), 2nd Floor, TF Complex, G‑9/4, Islamabad, Pakistan. Deadline: 2023-09-11 by 15:00 hours. Late submissions will not be accepted.
