Key responsibilities include: oversee dispute resolution and chargeback management, ensure compliance with banking regulations and card network rules, manage end-to-end ADC operations (including ATM, POS and e-commerce disputes), conduct root-cause analysis, maintain SLA adherence, implement controls to mitigate operational and reputational risk, lead and develop the team, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external networks (card schemes, acquiring banks), and prepare management reporting.
Required skills: strong knowledge of card dispute and chargeback processes, banking regulations, reconciliation and settlement procedures, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, and experience with dispute management systems.
