RFQ — Procurement of End‑User Computing Hardware, Software & Office Printing Equipment (DEEP)

Issuer: Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT), Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), Project Management Unit (PMU), Islamabad.

Procurement Method: Request for Quotation (RFQ) — Single‑Stage One‑Envelope process under World Bank financing (Loan/Grant No.: 7514‑PK). RFQ Reference: PK‑MOITT‑565839‑GO‑RFQ.

Purpose: To obtain quotations for procurement of end‑user computing equipment, associated software and office printing/scanning equipment as separate lots. Interested eligible suppliers and authorized dealers/distributors are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the RFQ.

Submission & Documents: Quotations must be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and catalogues, and printed material or pertinent information on letterhead for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing after sales service certificates in Pakistan where required. Submission Deadline: Quotations must be submitted in one envelope (single‑stage one‑envelope) by 15:00 hours on 2023‑09‑11.
