Active taxpayer (FBR, KPRA). Audited financial statements for the last three years from a firm registered with ICAP. Average Annual Turnover (AATO) and cash-flow requirements apply (see below). |
| Bid Security | 3% of the estimated project cost as CDR (original sealed copy) from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO), Abbottabad. Additional security requirements apply where applicable. |
