Pakistan Railways Peshawar — Invitation to E-Bid for Civil Works (Platforms, Repairs, Bridge)

Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar invites electronic bids for multiple civil works on Peshawar Division, including upgradation/raising of the passenger platform at Chabb Railway Station (Approx. cost Rs.10,111,517; Earnest Money Rs.505,576), special repair to gents washing room and washroom at Nowshera Railway Station (Approx. cost Rs.1,000,000; Earnest Money Rs.50,000), special repair to Bridge No.200-A at Km.3328/12-13 between Daudkhel–Kundian section, and upgradation/improvement of Uchri Railway Station platform (Approx. cost Rs.18,088,190; Earnest Money Rs.904,410).

Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with up-to-date renewal for FY 2025-26, registered with the Income Tax Department and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List; the name of firm/agency on the CDR is mandatory. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS v2.0; price bids must include a scanned copy of bid security (CDR/Pay order) in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, and the original bid security with other required documents must be delivered to the Divisional Superintendent (Works Accounts Branch) by 11:30 hours. Tenders must be uploaded via E-PADS by 11:00 hours on the closing date. Financial-bid opening arrangements will follow the procedures stated in the bidding documents.
