Invitation to Bid: PA System Spares for Quetta International Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Quetta International Airport invites bids for the procurement of spares for the PA system installed at Quetta International Airport. Eligible bidders must hold valid NTN and GST and be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Bidding documents must be accessed via the PPRA ePADS e-procurement portal; registration on the portal is required to view documents and submit electronic bids.

Bids shall be submitted through the PPRA ePADS web portal. An earnest money instrument (demand draft/banker’s cheque) must be delivered to the office in charge before the bid submission closing time. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope and electronic bids must include technical brochures/specification sheets. Prospective bidders must submit proof of Active Taxpayer status and GST/NTN certificates prior to bid opening.
