Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids from contractors registered with PPRA ePADS and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (renewed for 2026-27) for remodeling and modification works on the 2nd floor of the TMA Building including partitions and construction of a new toilet block for HAZECO offices, Abbottabad.

Eligibility & Qualification Requirements:
- Valid registration with PEC for 2026-27 in the stated categories and codes. Use of PPRA ePADS mandatory.
- At least two (2) completed civil contracts of similar nature within the last five years; each contract value (work order/revised) should be no less than 50% of the estimated cost.
- Audited/ certified financial records for the last three years from a firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Minimum Annual Average Turnover (AATO) of 70% of estimated cost and available financial resources / cash flow of 30% of estimated cost.
Terms & Important Notes:
- National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under Single Stage One Envelope method. Complete bidding documents and instructions available on the e-procurement portal.
- Submit original sealed CDR for bid security from a scheduled bank in Pakistan before bid closing time; failure will render the e-bid non-responsive.
- Conditional or incomplete e-bids will be rejected. Misrepresentation or forged documents may lead to debarment and reporting to PEC.
