The Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Jhelum invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for framework contracts for purchase/supply of medicines, disposables, surgical items, laboratory items, general store items, X‑Ray & radiology items, dental material, medical gases, printing and stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, distributors and pharmacies holding valid registration/documentation as required by the procurement rules. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal; manual or physical submission is strictly prohibited.
Submission and opening schedule (all tenders): Last date/time for submission: 2026-09-23 10:00 AM. Date/time for opening of bids: 2026-09-23 10:30 AM. Bids will be submitted and opened through the Punjab e-Procurement System only (ep.punjab.gov.pk).
