Issuing office: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Gilgit. The Deputy Commissioner Office invites sealed tenders from well reputed registered firms for various works during the financial year 2020-2027. Tender submission and opening dates and times are provided below.

Key terms & conditions (as stated):

1. Intending vendors must submit a copy of registration form.

2. Offers without call deposit receipt will not be entertained.

3. Open or crossed cheques will not be accepted.

4. Bidders for repair of government vehicles must provide genuine parts; quoted rates must include mechanic labour charges.

5. Rates provided in the tender will remain valid from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

6. Each rate mentioned in the quotation should be computerized; manual writing will not be accepted. Quotations should be signed and stamped.

7. The bidder should submit an original affidavit stating the firm/company is not blacklisted and there is no court case against it.

8. All required documents should be attested by a Magistrate.

9. Bank statement for two years must be furnished.

10. Unrealistic or unjustified rates compared to market rates will be liable to rejection.
