GB Directorate of Livestock: Tender for Medicines, Lab Consumables & Vehicle Repair (Closing 2026-10-22)

Issuer: Directorate of Livestock Dairy Development & Poultry Production, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan. Tender No. DoL-1(23) T/2026 for procurement of items required during FY 2026-27. Eligible Government contractors/firms are invited to submit bids; opening will be in the presence of contractors or authorized agents.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Tender valid until 2027-06-30. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be used. The tender will be admissible for both regular and development project activities/components as mentioned.

- For supply of medicines the supplier must have their own setup in Gilgit-Baltistan and hold a valid drug sale licence from the concerned department.

- Bidders must provide Relevant Experience Certificate, Form-C, company registration and original bank statement for the last one year (July 2025 to date).

- It is mandatory to attach a bank statement of any scheduled bank showing a present balance of PKR 10,000,000; this condition applies to S#01 only.

- Rates for items in S#1 and S#2 will be decided on individual item bid basis; S#3 (vehicle repair) will be decided on lot bid basis. Unrealistic or conditional rates will be rejected.

- Delivery time: maximum three weeks from date of issue of supply order. Failure to complete supplies within stipulated time may result in forfeiture of earnest money and blacklisting.

- A call deposit of 3% of the bid value issued by a scheduled bank must be presented in favour of the Director Livestock Dairy Development & Poultry Production GB.

- Contractors/firms must submit an original affidavit duly attested confirming they have not been blacklisted. Provision of bill warranty for medicines and testing through an authorized laboratory are the supplier's responsibility.

- For repair of vehicles, the contractor must have a workshop and technically experienced staff within Gilgit City.

- After acceptance of the bid a separate agreement on registered stamp paper will be required. Income tax will be recovered as per government rules.
