DG GB Scouts Gilgit — Notice Inviting Tenders for Repair & Maintenance Works (Closing 2026-10-26)

Office of the Director General, GB Scouts, Gilgit invites sealed tenders from approved/registered government contractors/firms holding a renewed PEC license for 2026-27 for repair and maintenance works at GB Scouts facilities in Gilgit.

Submission & opening: Submit sealed tenders to the office of the GSO-I (Works), GB Scouts, Minawar Garrison, Gilgit by 26 October 2026 up to 1100 hours. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives who choose to be present.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the GSO-I (Works), GB Scouts, Minawar Garrison on any working day before 26 October 2026 on written request against cash payment of Rs 6,000 (non-refundable).

Application requirements: Registration with PEC in original in the relevant category (renewed for year 2026-27); details of works executed during the last two years with documentary proof; details of similar nature of works executed (if any) with documentary proof; financial position supported with bank transaction statements for the last six months.

Security: 10% security money in the shape of a call deposit from any scheduled bank in the name of the Director General, GB Scouts, Gilgit must be appended with tender documents.

The Director General, GB Scouts reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tenders under the rules of the Government of Pakistan.
