Tender No. 01/2026-2027 — Supply of Stationery, Uniforms, Services and Repairs for Large Taxpayers Office Islamabad

Office of the Chief Commissioner, Inland Revenue, Large Taxpayers Office (LTO), Plot No. 20, Mauve Area, G-9/1 Islamabad invites electronic bids from GST/Income Tax registered and well-reputed firms (registered office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad) for supply of goods, provision of services and miscellaneous repair works under Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Eligibility: GST and Income Tax registered firms with ATL status. Firms should submit company/firm profile, NTN & Sales Tax registration, affidavit declaring not blacklisted by any government department, statement of standing/experience in relevant business and other standard documents.

- Bid Security: Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 50,000 (refundable) for each category in the name of DDO, LTO Islamabad must accompany the quotation.

- Submission method: All bids/documents must be uploaded through the PPRA e-procurement / ePADS system (manual bids will not be accepted).

- Tender validity and agreement: Rates for goods (S. Nos. I–V under Goods) will be applicable up to 2027-06-30. Service agreements initially for one (1) year (S. Nos. I–VI under Services) with possible extension for one further year on mutually agreed terms; either party may terminate with one month’s notice.

- Taxes and deductions: Rates should be quoted inclusive of applicable taxes; income tax withholding will apply as per prescribed rates.

- Opening: 2026-09-24 at 11:30 a.m. (bids opened by Departmental Purchase Committee; bidders or their representatives may attend virtually).
