KP-RIISP Tender: Rehabilitation & Solarization of Existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes in District Khyber (Package KH-SW-R-01)

Issuer: Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment & Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP). Financing: IDA Credit No. IDA-73460.

Procurement Type: Small Works – Two-Envelope Bidding Process (national competitive procurement). Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for the rehabilitation and solarization of existing drinking water supply schemes in District Khyber.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents in English may be purchased from the PIU upon payment of the non-refundable fee (PKR 15,000 per package). Documents may also be downloaded from the Project website for information. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes as specified in the bidding documents; electronic bidding is not permitted.

Bid submission and opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the Project Director, PIU, KP-RIISP, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' designated representatives who choose to attend.

Other notes: Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation and qualification criteria set out in the bidding documents and the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per the Procurement Regulations.
