The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites bids from eligible Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solutions Partners (LSPs) for supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses under the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES), plus operations support, tenant-to-tenant migration services and capacity building under the Education Transformation Agreement (ETA). The selected vendor will manage HEC's centralized Microsoft 365 tenant, provision EES licenses, execute migrations upon demand, and deliver ETA training to universities while enabling institution-level administrative control.
