E-PAD Tender: Streets & Drainage Works in Gujranwala (Two Schemes)

Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Works Gujranwala invites e-tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement (ePADS) system for the following street and drainage schemes in Gujranwala. Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) and holding a valid PEC license for FY 2025-27 may participate.

Key Instructions & Eligibility

- Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have a valid license for Financial Year 2025-27.

- Firms/contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents and submission will be through the Punjab e-Procurement System only; manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Bid security (earnest money) equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required as specified in the e-Procurement procedure (digital payment linked with BOP) and must be submitted before or at bid opening.

- As per PPRA Rule (Clause 56), the lowest evaluated bidder will provide Performance Guarantee of 5% of the Contract Amount within 15 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance. Acceptable forms include CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee valid for the required period.

- Bids to be submitted digitally under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
