LDA (UD Wing) Tender — Installation of Solar LED Street Lights in LDA City (Jinnah Sector) — Multiple Packages

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing invites e-tender bids (Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure) from eligible engineering firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC registration, active NTN/PNTN and meeting the PEC category requirements listed below. Bidding documents are available and bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tenders will be processed in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 (and updates).

- Participation only through Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Contractors must be registered on that portal and with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.

- Bids shall follow Single Stage — Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) procedure. Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of responsive bidders will be opened subsequently as per Punjab e-Procurement rules.
