Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) invites sealed bids under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure for the onboarding of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Firm/Company (Round–III). Well-reputed, experienced and registered bidders providing the required services may submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
