Pakistan Mint Lahore Auction — Disposal of Unserviceable Items (Bids close 2026-09-04)

Issuer: Pakistan Mint, Ministry of Finance (Pakistan Mint Lahore). Purpose: Electronic auction for disposal of auctionable/unserviceable items on an "as is where is" basis under Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Single Stage One Envelope e-bidding.

Eligibility & submission:

- Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List.
- E-bidding documents are available to registered bidders on EPADS V2.0: https://epads.gov.pk
- Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS V2.0.
- Bid security: Sealed CDR/Banker’s Cheque/Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore must be submitted before bid closing time; bids without original prescribed bid security will be rejected.
- Conditional bids or bids with partial/incomplete documents will be rejected. Director General reserves the right to accept/reject bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
