PKLI Tender: Cassette Printer with Scanner (Ref PRO-204-2026) — Lahore

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI & RC) invites e-bids from registered vendors/firms for supply of medical equipment. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePUNJAB) as per PPRA and Punjab procurement rules.

How to apply: Submit e-bids online via https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bid security (2% of the estimated amount) must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS as prescribed. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Important conditions: Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Interested bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website or obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI & RC during office hours (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM). Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and PPRA rules. The tender was uploaded on PPRA and the Punjab e-procurement system on 2026-09-10.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-29 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department (Tower-A).
