Pre-Qualification: 100‑Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package‑II) — PESSI

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. Purpose: Pre-qualification of contractors for construction works for the Establishment of a 100‑Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package‑II).

Eligibility and requirements:

- Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code and hold valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates.

- Social security contributions of the firm/contractor must be deposited regularly.

- Contractors must register and submit pre-qualification documents online via the Punjab E-Procurement / E-PADS portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Manual submissions will not be accepted. Pre-qualification documents (evaluation criteria, evidence of financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff details and other supporting documents) are available for download from the E-PADS website only.

- The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35. If a public holiday is declared on the tender opening date, the next working day will be considered the tender opening date at the same time.

- Date of closing of tenders: 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM.

- Date of opening of tenders: 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM.
