Pre-Qualification Notice: Establishment of 100-Bedded Social Security Hospital Sheikhupura (Package-I) — PESSI

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors via the PPRA E-procurement system in line with relevant PPRA rules (amended/updated).

Eligibility and submission notes:

• Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes and hold a valid PEC certificate, PRA and NTN certificate.
• Contractors must have their social security contributions deposited regularly.
• Firms must register on the E-Procurement / Punjab E-PADS website: https:ep.punjab.gov.ok. (Registration procedure information available on PPRA / E-Procurement).
• Pre-qualification documents (evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff and supporting documents) can be downloaded through the E-PADS website: https: ep.punjab.gov.ok only.
• Pre-qualification documents/profiles must be submitted online on the E-PADS website by the specified date and time; manual submissions will not be accepted.
• The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA rule-35.

• Opening of tenders: 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM.
