NHMP N-5 Central Zone Prequalification Notice for Open Framework Agreements (2026–29)

National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), N-5 Central Zone, Lahore, invites firms for prequalification and signing of Open Framework Agreement(s) through e-submission (E-PADs) for supply and services for Financial Years 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29 (03 years). Prequalification is for Sector C-1, C-II, C-III and the N-5 Central zonal office at DIG Office, NHMP Complex, Babu Sabu Office, Lahore.

Procurement categories include miscellaneous store items; gas cylinders; computer & office stationery; hardware & IT equipment and repair; machinery items; furniture & fixtures and repair; renovation & upgradation; road safety materials; gift hampers; event management; and services for beats/offices.

Delivery locations: Lines Headquarters of Sector N-5 Central Okara; Sector N-5 Central-II Multan; Sector N-5 Central-III Rahim Yar Khan; and Zonal Office, Babu Sabu, Lahore.

Eligibility: National applicants registered with NTN and GST, listed on the Active Taxpayers List, and registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADs version 2.0 (using the email address provided to PPRA). Prequalification is subject to meeting the requirements in the prequalification documents.

Prequalification documents (English) may be purchased on written application for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 or downloaded free from E-PADs and the NHMP website. Bids must be submitted through EPADs and a hard copy delivered to the DIG N-5 Central, NHMP Complex, Babu Sabu Office, Lahore.
