Eligibility: Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category/codes with valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates and whose social security contributions are being deposited regularly. Interested contractors must register on the E-Procurement / Punjab E-PADS website and download pre-qualification documents (evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff requirements and required supporting documents) from the E-PADS portal.
Submission: Pre-qualification documents/profiles must be submitted online on the E-PADS website by the stated closing date and time; manual submissions will not be accepted.
