Metropolitan Corporation, Lahore invites e-tenders (single stage, one envelope) from PEC-registered/renewed firms/contractors in the relevant category for multiple civil works. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement system and PPRA website. Bidding documents and detailed requirements are available for registered bidders on the Punjab E-Procurement system and the PPRA website.
Key procurement details:
- Method: Single-stage, one-envelope; open competitive bidding; evaluated on least-cost basis.
- Bid Security: 3% of estimated cost.
- Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category.
- Submission: Bidders shall upload bids through the Punjab E-Procurement system as per Regulation-6(4) of PPR, 2024. Bidding documents must be duly signed and stamped by the authorized representative.
