COMSATS University Islamabad Notice to Resume Duty — Mr. Qamar Zaman

COMSATS University Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) has issued a Notice to Resume Duty to Mr. Qamar Zaman, Mali, Horticulture Section, who has been absent from duty since 05-03-2026. Previous communications include Letter No. CUI-HR (ISB)/PF-4295/2025/26/679 dated 16-04-2026 and a Notice dated 10-06-2026 instructing him to report for duty immediately.

Mr. Qamar Zaman is directed to resume duty and provide a written explanation for willful absence within 15 days of this notice’s publication, failing which an ex-parte decision may be taken under CUI Clause 15 of the Employees Efficiency & Discipline Rules, 2006, which may result in major penalty including removal/dismissal.
