Sindh Bank Ltd., through the Banking Court-III, Karachi, has ordered a public auction in Execution No. 174 of 2021 (Suit No. 06 of 2020) of mortgaged immovable property: Flat No. 040, 7th Floor, Alex Centre, Saddar Bazar Quarters, Karachi. The property value is fixed at Rs. 26,124,000/-. The auction is held at the Banking Court premises, Karachi.
Property is offered "as is, where is." Government taxes and dues are to be borne by the successful purchaser. Sale is subject to confirmation by the Court and the Court reserves the right to cancel the auction or reject any bid.
