Public Auction: Mortgaged Plot in Lyari, Karachi — 11 August 2026

Banking Court-III, Karachi (By Order: Muhammad Hassan, Nazir) issues a public auction under Execution No. 100 of 2008 in Suit No. 68 of 2008 on behalf of the National Bank of Pakistan, KDA Branch, Civic Centre, Karachi, for recovery against judgment debtors Jawwad Z. Qureshi and Mst. Rehmat Bai.

The property for sale is Plot No. 2006-C, Gali No. 3, Dukhee Lane, New Kumarawara, Lyari, Karachi (about 50 sq yards). Auction will be held at the Banking Court, Karachi on 2026-08-11 at 01:00 pm. Market value is fixed at Rs. 12,000,000 and forced sale value at Rs. 9,600,000. The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the bid by pay order in the name of Judge Banking Court, Karachi (with CNIC copy) at the time of auction; the balance must be paid within 15 days of the auction. All government taxes and dues are payable by the purchaser. Sale is subject to confirmation by the Court and the Court reserves the right to cancel or refuse any bid.
