PITB Invitation to Bid – Turnkey Renovation, Partitioning, Electrical, HVAC, Furniture & IT Works

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for the procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, HVAC, furniture and IT works on a turnkey basis for a project implemented by PITB (EGOV-II). Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Tender documents are available and may be downloaded free of cost from PITB and related websites. Technical and financial bids must be prepared separately; both must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) system. Bids will be opened on the e-Portal as per PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to submit bids; for registration queries contact the helpline provided by the e-Procurement service.

Required documents include tender form, bid security, income/taxes registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document. Incomplete, unsigned, or late submissions, or submissions by other than the specified mode, will not be considered. PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable rules (including Rule-35 of the PPRA Rules, 2014).
