Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Jhang invites sealed tenders from well‑reputed authorized dealers / firms / contractors for provision of security arrangements and allied services on rental basis for the financial year 2026‑27. Services include supply, installation and rental of CCTV systems, PTZ & movable cameras, drone cameras, walk‑through gates, plugging/shuttering of streets, barbed wire and transport vehicles as detailed below.
Eligibility & submission summary:
- Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority (GST/NTN/PRA) and authorized dealers/stockists/contractors.
- Bidding documents available from the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F & C) on written application; tenders must be submitted/uploaded through the ePAdS portal as specified.
- Original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order) of 2% of the estimated cost issued by a scheduled bank (Bank of Punjab referenced) must be submitted in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F & C) and a scanned copy uploaded to ePAdS.
- Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance security of 4% of contract value as per terms.
- Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened in the presence of authorized representatives.
