PITB Invitation to Bid — Turnkey Renovation, Partitioning, Electrical, HVAC, Furniture & IT Work (Multiple Cities)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites bids for the procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, HVAC, furniture and IT work on a turnkey basis for a project implemented by PITB (EGOV-18).

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Tender documents are available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost. Electronic submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory.

Key actions & requirements:

- Submit financial and technical separate bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the tender document. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany the bids.

- Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System; for registration queries contact the e-Procurement helpdesk at 1248.

- PITB may reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission & opening:

- Last time for submission: 11:00 hours on 2018-10-08. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.
