GEPCO Invitation for E‑Bids (EPADS v2.0) for Rate Running Contracts — Re‑construction of Fallen Boundary Walls

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO), through the Executive Engineer (Civil), Civil Works Division Gujranwala, invites e-bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms via the e‑Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for rate running contracts for re‑construction of fallen boundary walls at various Civil Works Sub‑Divisions within GEPCO jurisdiction. Contracts are on an "as and when required" basis for a period of one (01) year.

Eligibility & Documents: Eligible and registered contractors may download e‑Bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, scope of work, eligibility criteria and other requirements, from the EPADS v2.0 portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bidders must comply with applicable PPRA rules and the tender documents.

Submission & Opening: Last date and time for submission of e‑bids: 2026‑10‑06 up to 11:00 AM. Date and time for opening of e‑bids: 2026‑10‑06 at 11:30 AM.

Notes: Conditional bids will not be accepted. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
