Issuer: Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Bahawalnagar (under Punjab Highways Department). Tenders are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA system for road reconstruction, widening, improvement and rehabilitation works in District Bahawalnagar. Eligible engineering firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) with a valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
Key tender conditions: Bid Security = 5% of estimated cost (digital online payment via Punjab e-Procurement System — link with BOP). Performance Security = 10% of contract amount (to be submitted within 15 days of receipt of offer letter) in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (valid 3 months beyond completion/extended completion time). Rates quoted as a percentage above or below the Estimated/DNIT cost will not be accepted and the bid will be considered non-responsive.
