Tender: Hiring 24 Security Guards – Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Faisalabad Division (FY 2026-27)

Divisional Director, Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Faisalabad Division invites electronic bids from eligible firms/companies registered with relevant authorities for the hiring of security guard services for different institutions of the Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Faisalabad Division for FY 2026-27 (November 2026 to June 2027).

Eligibility: Firms/companies engaged in provision of security services and registered with relevant registration authorities for FY 2026-27.

Bid Security & Submission: Electronic bids must be accompanied by scanned Bid Security (3% of total estimated cost) in the form of CDR/bank guarantee issued in favour of the Divisional Director, Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Faisalabad Division. The original instrument of bid security must be delivered to the Office of the Divisional Director, Social Welfare & B.M. Faisalabad (508-D Peoples Colony No.1, Faisalabad) before closing date and time. Scanned copy of the security should be uploaded with the electronic bid.

Bidding Documents & Submission Method: Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents from the Punjab e-procurement system and the PPRA website. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-procurement system as specified in the bidding documents.

Procurement Procedure: Single-Stage, Two-Envelopes procedure shall be applied as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
